Personal data protection
Data Protection
We value our clients very much and therefore the protection of personal data, the protection of the client, is our mission and a matter of course. We protect and process all data we receive from you in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data. This protects our clients from any unauthorised manipulation of their personal data. Our clients are safe with us.

What personal data do we work with, why and on what basis
If you contact us, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, in particular via the contact form. This may be: name, surname, telephone, e-mail, your enquiry, or any other data you fill in or give us as part of further arrangements. We will contact you via these and will communicate with you further via them in order to handle your enquiry.
We will process this data for the duration of our communication and further for a period of 6 months from our last communication, unless we have another reason for processing it (e.g. we start a contractual cooperation, we need it to prove our legal obligations or for our legitimate interest).
If you choose to order our product, we will also process any personal data you provide to us in the context of providing our product. This will be the data required to place the product order - in particular name, surname, email address, telephone number; if the order includes the setting up of a user account, the data associated with the user account will also be included. Why will we process this data?
To provide you with our product so that you can use our product
so that we can create a user account for you, without which you would not be able to use one of our products
so that we can prove the fulfilment of our obligations under the law or under contracts
so that we can communicate with you
so that we can archive your data for preventive purposes.
In order to provide you with our products, we will process the above-mentioned data on the basis of our contractual cooperation, which is the lawful basis for processing personal data. Without processing this data, we cannot properly provide you with our products. Another reason is to fulfil our legal obligations (e.g. tax or accounting) and the legitimate interest in archiving the necessary data regarding our contractual relationship (for example, in case of future disputes). We will process your data for a period of 10 years from the date our contractual relationship between us ends.
As we are focused on providing health-related information, it may be that you provide us with information relating to your health - so-called sensitive data. You only provide us with this information on the basis of your voluntary decision and we automatically assume that by providing it you are giving us your consent to continue to work with it for the stated purpose (in particular to answer an enquiry). We will process the data for the duration of our communication, up to a maximum of 6 months from our last communication, unless we have another reason for processing it (e.g. we start a contractual relationship, we need it to prove our legal obligations or for our legitimate interest).
If you order a product, we will include your email address in our database for sending newsletters relating to the topics we cover. This is permitted by Act No. 480/2004 Coll. You can unsubscribe your e-mail at any time. If you leave it for this use, we will keep it in the database for 3 years from your last order.
You can also subscribe to our newsletters yourself on our website. Such processing is then based on your consent. We will include your address in the database for 3 years, unless you wish to extend this period. You can unsubscribe your email at any time - either by clicking directly in the email or by writing to us at our contact email above.
After purchasing and using our product, you have the opportunity to give us feedback. In some cases, we may ask you to post it on the website. If you allow us to do so, we will publish your review along with your first name. Your review may also include information about your health condition - you give us your express consent to such disclosure by voluntarily providing this information. As this is processing on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to publication at any time, in which case please write to us at our contact email.
We may run competitions on our social media from time to time. If you enter, we will then process the personal data needed to enter the competition, select the winner and deliver the prize (in particular, name, surname, social media username, email, telephone, delivery address). By entering the competition, you agree to the terms and conditions of the competition and to the processing of your personal data. As this is a consent-based processing, you can withdraw your consent at any time, however, you cannot continue to participate in the competition once you have withdrawn your consent. Please note that we may process personal data despite withdrawal of consent if it is necessary for the establishment, defence or exercise of our rights or to prove compliance with a legal obligation. We will process personal data for the duration of the competition and its settlement.
Who processes your personal data and to whom do we pass it on?
All the personal data mentioned above is processed by us as the controller. This means that we determine the above defined purposes for which we collect your personal data, determine the means of processing and are responsible for its proper execution. However, we do have some companies or outsourced individuals working for us who may have access to your data because they help us run our company or provide our products. They are:
- emailing platform provider (SmartEmailing)
- emailing platform provider (Ecomail)
- payment gateway providers (Stripe, GoPay)
- bonus system provider GALANDR COMMUNICATION, s.r.o

We do not have a designated so-called Data Protection Officer.
What rights do you have when processing personal data?
Just as we have rights and obligations when processing your personal data, you also have certain rights when processing your personal data. These rights include:
Right of access
In simple terms, you have the right to know what data we process about you, for what purpose, for how long, where we obtain your personal data, to whom we transfer it, who processes it outside of us and what other rights you have in relation to the processing of your personal data. However, if you are unsure which personal data we are processing about you, you can ask us to confirm whether or not personal data relating to you is being processed by us and, if so, you have the right to access that personal data. As part of your right of access, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we are processing, and we will provide you with the first copy free of charge and subsequent copies at a charge.
Right to rectification
If you discover that the personal data we process about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have us correct or complete it without undue delay.
Right to erasure
In some cases, you have the right to have your personal data erased. We will delete your personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons is met:
we no longer need your personal data for the purposes for which we processed it,
you exercise your right to object to the processing and we find that we no longer have any such legitimate interests that would justify such processing, or
it becomes apparent that the processing of your personal data by us no longer complies with generally binding regulations.
However, this right shall not apply if the processing of your personal data is still necessary for:
the fulfilment of our legal obligation,
archiving purposes, scientific or historical research or statistical purposes, or
the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing
In some cases, in addition to the right to erasure, you may exercise your right to restrict the processing of your personal data. This right allows you in certain cases to request that your personal data be marked and not subject to any further processing operations - in this case, however, not forever (as in the case of the right to erasure), but for a limited period of time. We must restrict the processing of personal data when:
- e-mailing platform provider (SmartEmailing)
- e-mailing platform provider (Ecomail)
- payment gateway providers (Stripe, GoPay)
- bonus system provider GALANDR COMMUNICATION, s.r.o
- deferred payment provider Twisto payments a.s.

you object to the processing. For the period we investigate, if your objection is justified, we are obliged to restrict the processing of your personal data.
Right to object to processing
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that is based on our legitimate interest.
Right to lodge a complaint
Exercising your rights in the above manner does not affect your right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in the manner set out in the following section. You can exercise this right in particular if you believe that we are processing your personal data unlawfully or in breach of generally binding legal regulations.
